Q: Can Gateway use my existing artwork?
A: Yes, we can take your art files and manipulate them to a printing state for both Flexo and Offset printing.
Q: What type of files can you accept?
A: Our preferred files are Illustrator 4.0 or lower, Photo Shop 4.0 (300 dpi or higher). We can also accept Indesign and Freehand files.
Q: Will you accept a PDF of my artwork?
A: We can only accept a high resolution PDF. The fonts must be outlined.
Q: What type of artwork files cannot be accepted?
A: We cannot accept RGB, PNG or low resolution files.
Q: Will Gateway provide proofs?
A: Yes, our proofing capabilities exist of an Epson 9800 wide format 42”, Kodak Approval 25” x 25” and a Toshiba color copier.
Q: How can I send my art files to Gateway Packaging?
A: We have an FTP site. The web address will be provided upon request.
