Q: What is GPX?
A: GPX or Gateway Packaging Exchange is an online portal which allows our customers to manage their packaging orders online.
Q: What type of order managment does GPX offer?
A: GPX will allow you to view the status of your packaging orders: recent order details, order processing and production, and track outgoing shipments.
Q: Can I place a brand new order through GPX?
A: Because of the complexities of new packaging development, we prefer that you work directly with your account executive to determine packaging specifications before an order is placed. Once that order has been submitted, you will be able to monitor the status, current inventory, as well as replenish packaging when inventory is low.
Q: Can I view images of my packaging?
A: Not at this time, however, we are currently working on updates to GPX which would allow imagery to be incorporated.
Q: How can I access GPX?
A: Once your account executive has established your customer account, you can click the GPX login button-located in the top right of our website-and then simply enter your login credentials to gain access to your account.
Q: Am I able to connect to GPX from home?
A: Yes, because GPX is web-based, you are able to access the portal from the convenience of your computer—whether in the office, at home, or on the road.
